Similar to the Mondstadt adventurer, players should have a few Constellations on the Tengu Warrior for her to function properly. At C2, she becomes highly viable as a buffer, while at C6, Kujou Sara becomes the best support for Electro damage dealers in Genshin Impact.

Electro Buffer

Once players own full Constellations on Kujou Sara, on top of her attack buff, the Shogun General also grants a 60% Critical damage bonus for Electro damage. This can create a large jump in numbers for Electro units.

Raiden Shogun

For the first unit in the team, the obvious option would be the Electro Archon. The synergy between Kujou Sara and Raiden Shogun is way too good to miss, where the Tengu Warrior can massively increase Ei’s initial Burst damage and the six seconds of her Musou Isshin state. The Electro Archon will also be the one who continuously refills the team’s Elemental Burst, allowing players to easily maintain 100% buff uptime with their Kujou Sara.

Electro Sub-DPS

The next member of the party should be another Electro character. Any sub-DPS works as Kujou Sara can buff them all the same anyway. Players can use characters like Yae Miko, Fischl, or Keqing.

All of these units can be brilliant with Kujou Sara, where Miko and Fischl are dormant damage dealer while Keqing can either be a Burst bot or main Genshin Impact DPS.

Anemo/Healer

For the last slot, players can either bring an Anemo character to reduce the enemy’s Electro resistance or a healer to increase the team’s survivability. Recommended Anemo units would include Kazuha and Venti. Meanwhile, if players prefer defense to offense, then units like Jean, Kokomi, Bennett, and Barbara can all be considered.

Electro-Charged

Electro Elemental reactions is infamous for its underwhelming damage. Unlike Melt and Vaporize that can double certain damage, Electro reactions can’t even come close to it. Among them, Overloaded is the most hated one. Despite having the highest damage count, the reaction would throw enemies away, causing people to have to dash to chase the enemy and wasting stamina in the process.

Luckily, though, the rest of Electro reactions don’t have this issue. That’s why Electro-Charged is still often utilized in a team composition.

Tartaglia/Kokomi

For the first unit in this team composition, players should have a Hydro main DPS. Travelers can opt for either Tartaglia (Childe), Sangonomiya Kokomi, or both of them. Childe is known to have a cooldown longer than eternity, so the team will need another character to deal damage while the Fatui is resting. The Divine Priestess can be great for this role if players build Kokomi in Genshin Impact with damage build.

Electro Sub-DPS

For the next member, players need to have a reliable Electro enabler. Sadly, Kujou Sara isn’t one, so Travelers should have another Electro in the team. The most recommended character for this role would be Raiden Shogun, but if players don’t have the Electro Archon, then alternatives like Beidou, Fischl, and Yae Miko work as well.

Flexible Support

The last slot is quite flexible. If players don’t have both Childe and Kokomi, then another Hydro would be a decent choice. Characters like Xingqiu and Mona are the easy choice, but if players prefer another unit like a dedicated Genshin Impact healer or another buffer, then that works as well.

Physical Composition

For the last team composition for Kujou Sara, the Tengu Warrior will take part in a Physical composition. As she’s an Electro character, having a Cryo in the team will allow people to easily trigger Superconduct. This Elemental reaction is the core component for any Physical comp, as it’ll reduce the enemy’s Physical resistance by 40%.

This, combined with the attack buff provided by Kujou Sara, can be a great increase in the overall team DPS.

Eula/Razor

Of course, for a Superconduct team, players will need a Physical DPS. Eula is currently the best Physical character in Genshin Impact, but if players don’t own the Vengeance Queen, then they can go old school and use Razor. Razor and Kujou Sara are actually a great combo as Sara will buff the Electro damage of Razor’s Elemental Burst.

Cryo Sub-DPS/Cryo Healer

If players use Eula, then Cryo is not mandatory, although it will still be great for Cryo Resonance. On the contrary, if Razor is the main DPS, then Cryo unit becomes a necessity. For this job, Travelers can either choose a sub-DPS like Rosaria or Kaeya, or a healer like Qiqi.

Flexible Slot

As for the last member, players can opt for whichever unit they prefer. Some recommendations would include Bennett, Raiden Shogun, or a healer like Sangonomiya Kokomi.

It’s best if players keep a maximum of two Cryo characters in the team, so if the main DPS is Eula, then a team comp example would be Kujou Sara/Rosaria + Eula + Raiden Shogun + Bennett/Kokomi. Meanwhile, if the core is Razor, then something like Kujou Sara + Razor + Qiqi + Rosaria/Raiden Shogun will work.

Genshin Impact is now available on Mobile, PC, PS4, and PS5. A Switch version is in development.
