Irving landed awkwardly on his left leg after bumping knees with the Thunder’s Russell Westbrook during a shot block attempt. He grabbed his knee after he fell to the floor.
He was helped off the court and taken the locker room several minutes later.
Cleveland was already without LeBron James, who sat out the game with knee soreness.
